Gasketed plate heat exchangers

The wide range of HEXTREND gasketed plate heat exchangers, the stock and assembling in Hungary, enable us to offer an optimal, cost-effective and fast (manufacturing in some cases within 1-2 days up to DN100 connection size) solution to the emerging needs.

Our product portfolio includes heat exchangers from connection size DN32 to connection size DN300. Our standard heat exchangers are made of AISI304 and AISI316 plates, with NBR or EPDM gaskets. Other materials are also available, you can get more information about them from our sales colleagues, who will be happy to help you to choose the right materials and devices.

Barzed plate heat exchangers

The HEXTREND barzed plate heat exchanger is an extremely efficient and compact unit, able to provide good results in a number of liquid / liquid applications. We offer a wide range of copper brazed heat exchangers from G3/4" up to DN100 connection size.

The UniBraz brazed plate heat-exchangers are made of high quality, pressed stainless steel plates. These high-grade steel plates are hard-soldered by means of pure copper/lead flux using the vacuum method to produce a compact unit. Hard-soldered heat-exchangers are pressure vessels. In order to meet the safety regulations for pressure vessels, each heat-exchanger is submitted to a pressure and a leak test. 

Hexonic R-LINE brazed plate heat exchangers

The R-LINE brazed plate heat exchangers are intended for cooling or heating systems to work as evaporators or cooling medium condensers. The RH modell allows for working with cooling medium with pressure up to 45 bar.

Hexonic LUNA plate heat exchangers

The LUNA exchangers made entirely of stainless materials, intended for systems with high sanitary starndards. Thanks to being made entirely of stainless materials, they are perfect solutions in case of aggressive media.

Hexonic SafePlate brazed plate heat exchangers

The SafePlate exchangers are intended for the systems where it is crucial to protect media from mixing and quickly detect any possible leak. In such case the double wall layout and a slot on the side surface leads the leakage outside.

Swimmingpool shell and tube exchangers

The Hexonic REV and TI heat exchangers are intended for use mainly in swimming pool installations. The wide range of REV and TI tubular heat exchangers are available.  They are made in two material versions - stainless steel or titanium. 

Hexonic JAD shell and coil exchangers

The design and performance of JAD shell and tube heat exchangers make them perfect for the most demanding applications. Their sizes are compact in relation to the heat exchange area. They are made entirely of stainless steel, 

Hexonic P-LINE shell and tube exchangers

P-line heat exchangers meet the challenges offered by the pharmaceutical industry. They also meet its restrictive hygienic standards imposed by inspection authorities and the industry. They are made entirely of stainless steel. 

Shell & Plate heat exchangers

The HEXONIC JAG Shield Shell & Plate heat exchangers are perfect for working at high pressure (up to 100 bar) and high temperature (up to 450°C). The sprecial shape of heating plates and the use of innovative JAG corrugation pattern resulted in high thermal effectivness, while maintaning low flow resistance. The heat exchangers made of stainless steel, Hastelloy or Incolloy speralloys may also work with aggressive media. 

Service 

The regularly maintaining and cleaning of the heat exchangers resoult better heat transfer, lower operating costs, and increase the life of your heat exchanger.

Our hungarian service team undertakes the cleaning, maintenance, enlargement or even replacement of  the heat exchangers, as required.

Heating and cooling units
